Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the part in its original anti-static packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
